Company Press Release

Jones Naughton Entertainment's
Auctionomics.com Division Signs
Marketing Agreement with
ClassifiedAuctions.com

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 15, 1999--Jones Naughton Entertainment, Inc.
(OTC BB: JNNE - news), announced today the Company's e-commerce auction subsidiary,
Auctionomics.com, has reached an exclusive marketing agreement with ClassifiedAuctions.com to
build traffic and online auction transactions.

Under the agreement, Auctionomics.com will create electronic awareness and direct a stream of user
traffic to the Auctionomics' ClassifiedAuctions Web site and its online auction events.

Auctionomics.com's on-line bidding directory will give buyers the power to research and locate
specific assets being auctioned throughout the U.S., many of which are not currently being offered
for sale on the Internet. Some of the unique product categories will include government surplus, coins
and rare books, estate items, industrial machinery and equipment, rare and fine artwork and financial
instruments, to name a few.

Auctionomics.com will utilize Jones Naughton's GoOn-line.com's advanced streaming audio and
video technology to allow direct on-line bidding - putting auctions, auctioneers and buyers in direct
communication throughout the world through its new Web site.

``The Internet has accelerated the need for sophisticated, comprehensive and efficient marketing
methods to support the auction process,' says Nathan A. Wolfstein IV, Auctionomics' Vice
President of Marketing. ``To meet this need, Auctionomics' ClassifiedAuctions will feature advanced
digital graphics and streaming audio and video in an online auction environment that presents and
promotes product features. ClassifiedAuctions.com is an online auction site that has built a strong
following in estate and government surplus sales and will provide Auctionomics its operational
auction platform.'

Auctionomics.com and ClassifiedAuctions.com reached the agreement based on mutual benefits and
a shared auction business philosophy. ClassifiedAuctions.com's functioning Web site reinforces the
backbone of the Auctionomics Web site, as the leading auction marketing and sales infomediary
network. The agreement will also provide great exposure for the Auctionomics ClassifiedAuctions
site, thereby building user traffic and increasing profitability from online sales.

The two companies are headed by teams who embrace the tremendous power of the Internet as a
tool to further strategic marketing objectives. Both companies believe that established conventional
auction business principles should be applied to the Internet and that the Internet should be
harnessed to maximize auction sales
