I've not taken an indepth look yet at the Balance Sheet, but here is another thought regarding Company as a take over candidate.

Let's say, roughly they had: 13 mil pre-share issuance. Add roughly another 13 mil in cash as a result of excercise of options. Finally, there is an off balance sheet item of 5 mil for tax loss carry forward. Placing an intrinsic floor value of about $10 per share.

I'm currently all tapped out on other opportunities, but from a takeover perspective, GRIN is sure looking mighty tasty.
