Zen--I'm a bit fuzzy on this--but my accounting recollection (accountants**Mark** jump in at any point here) but I think the ownership issue with respect to earnings has more than one breaking point--e.g less than 20%; then if you own 20% of the company but less than 50%; then greater than 50%. Something like that.
