SAG,
It's not the response to Zeev that is the problem...but the manner of the response.
What is the whole objective here??
Everyone long here wants to see GPGI succeed, everyone short not. Here we can talk about what we approve of, what we disapprove of, and in general, what we think of the management team running our company.
If Jensen wants to call the shots, then he never should have sold stock. But he did, and now there are 1300 shareholders in the world. This is a publicly held company but we never have a meeting; stock is issued to the J&T Cat company but we never have a meeting; we are supposed to be a reporting company but we never see the books.
What's up with all of this??
Can Jensen be trusted with the future of this company based on the self serving actions of his past??
If I cant trust him when there is little to be had, how will I be able to trust him when GPGI is making money??
Jensen is not the Lone Ranger, but he thinks he is alone. He does not like the internet community. The internet community is a mirror. Maybe he is uncomfortable with the visage. We are not having stockholder meetings because they are too expensive...yeah right!!
This is my company too! I expect the actions of management to be beyond reproach. When they are not, I expect change.
Management was not responsive to Richie...so he voted with his feet. He did the only thing he felt he could have. I cant argue with his logic or fault him for exiting on a matter of principle.
You jumped Thor's frame when he had something to say about the way things are being handled, but Thor didn't put us in this position. You got the right idea about flaming someone, you just need to identify the correct target.
You want me to support this company? I want to support this company!! Jensen is the head of GPGI, and GPGI has a headache!! To paraphrase a line from some movie "...this (company) needs an enema!!"
Some broker touting GPGI has solved its extraction problem based on conversations with the lead chemist, that's wonderful news. It would have been nice to have been invited to listen in on the conference call when that was discussed. That invitation could have been posted to the website, or PRed. Then every stockholder could enjoy this development. But I guess the president has a better idea.
