Hello!!! It is customary to put a -g- when you are joking. Or, some remarks can be misinterpreted.

My remark has nothing to do with possible fraud by Armstrong. I am talking about dual standards of the authorities - rewarding the corporations who have committed more or less the same "fraud" while following the letter of the law on individuals.
