Netwit: yes, 20% and 50% are key levels. That's what I am still somewhat fuzzy on... will ENGA's greater than 50% ownership make it a non-event? You may be right; I'm not 100% on this. >50% ownership utilizes consolidation method of acct where all assets, liabilities, etc are counted on CMGI's books... maybe this means no earnings from ENGA? 20-50% is accounted for under the Equity method. <20% is where the holdings are held as available for sale securities. Maybe Mark can explain the difference. Even if ENGA isn't counted, we still have about $3.60/share from YHOO/GCTY. And I just realized something else when looking at the last quarterly report...
