You can already use your ATM for free. I do it all the time at Publix grocery stores when traveling in the southeast.

Customer service problems and slow computer response times can be fixed. I think they just need to find someone that can get their mess untangled. The thing they need most of all is a brilliant plan that will get them to the next level. Simply being a bank on the Internet won't be an advantage forever.
