B: IJNT.net Expands UBNetworks Technical and Management Team

HOUSTON, Sep 14, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- UBNetworks, a wholly owned
subsidiary of IJNT.net (OTC BB:IJNT) has expanded its technical and
management team. UBNetworks is building a state-of-the-art DSL facility
with strategic allied partner, Nortel Networks.

Winston Johnson, CTO, UBN announced today that the initial installation
of the integrated Nortel Networks voice and data system is on schedule
to be completed next month at the Company's 7,000 sq. foot facility in
downtown Los Angeles.

The Nortel DMS 500 switch will enable UBN to build remote nodes within
a 650-mile radius, thus giving UBN the ability to serve California,
Nevada, Arizona and parts of Utah and New Mexico. Johnson indicated
that the second primary UBN switching facility will be in Dallas in
order to serve the Southwest including Texas.

Johnson also indicated that several top-level engineers have been added
to the UBN team, including Louis DiGregorio as Vice President of
Network Architecture and Michael Phillips, Vice President of Network
Operations. Both men bring impressive credentials to UBN's management
team. DiGregorio's background includes all aspects of telecommunication
network design and operations, as well as wireless operations. Prior to
joining UBNetworks, DiGregorio worked in developing nationwide networks
for Sprint PCS and Teligent.

Johnson also indicated that Phillips has built networks in the U.S.,
Ivory Coast, Tanzania and the Philippines for both wireless and
cable-based telecommunication carriers.

Jon H. Marple, CEO of UBN, stated that the management team has also
added Joseph A. Wheelock as CFO and a Director, and Brandon Powell as
Vice President and General Counsel. Wheelock recently retired from the
international law firm of Latham & Watkins, where he served for over 30
years. His most recent focus was on litigation involving complex
accounting and other financial issues. Marple stated, "UBN is building
a world-class group of officers and directors. The quality of people
that the Company is attracting is extraordinary. We will have the best
DSL deployment in the world, starting with the only plug-and-play DSL
modem on the market that can deliver 1.3Mbps over copper wire. It is
truly a revolutionary product that will give UBN a huge advantage over
competitors whose DSL must be ordered from the phone company or other
providers and requires physical installation. The wait for customer
installation often takes weeks or months. UBN, on the other hand, will
be able to ship a modem to a customer immediately, allowing the
customer to have immediate 1.3Mbps speed by plugging the modem into the
computer and phone line."

In a related announcement, Mary E. Blake, President of IJNT.net stated
that long time Counsel, Jeffrey R. Matsen, will become a full-time
Executive Vice-President, General Counsel, and Director for IJNT.net.
Matsen also is a Director of UBN. Matsen has practiced law for 35
years. Also joining the Company's legal department is Julie Wahlstedt,
an associate attorney of Matsen's former law firm.

IJNT.net provides high-speed, wireless Internet access, wired broadband
solutions and telecommunication services. The Company's customer base
is growing rapidly as the Company diversifies its offerings and expands
its network across the U.S. and internationally. IJNT also provides
website development, online advertising, and e-commerce services as
well as dial-up Internet access throughout the U.S. and
internationally. The Company's rapid growth is the result of aggressive
marketing and sales, internal development, acquisitions, and strategic
alliances.
