Herc,

Look beyond the growth problems, real though they are. As a customer and an investor, I can tell you they have the smarts, background, and(most important of all) the customer driven ethic and culture that will make them successful.

Think about it. What an irony! Bricks & mortar banks have been so terrible in their service, so costly in their transactions, and so lacking in a customer driven attitude that people are singing the praises of an electronic relationship with NTBK.

What will drive NTBK's success is the fact they are customer driven. Something the B&M banks have NEVER been!
