Lawrence...what makes you think chapter 11 is on the horizon? The book value is over a buck, company has over $1m in cash, and they had profits for the first 6mo June of $500,000 or 6 cents per sh. And the stock is selling at .84 per sh. Looks pretty good to me. Now they are back to their core business again. gpg
