SPAM it on the TSCR thread! How long to build the many 100,000's of subscribers... that FRTI has? When you start from scratch, as an unknown quantity, I'd say that would take a good while, particularly as other Companies are likely to match rates, as soon as they notice any loss of customers... In addition, for this game plan to succeed, you need a strong Company with large cash reserves to see it through for at least a couple years and small OTC-BB's are usually under capitalized to do that properly...
