Of course they stressed at the Q4 cc that pipeline growth was 75% over pipeline the qtr before and we ended up with weak pipeline conversion. Larry said the sales reorg was responsible for the low conversion. Ray said he didn't think there was a consistent reason for the low conversion. Larry said the reorg in sales is "buttoned up". Ray said no reorg in Europe sales yet. Whom do you believe?
