Light Energy Management, Inc. Reports Clarification on Name Change
SWITZERLAND--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 8, 1999--The Company reports that due to confusion at the registration office
over an almost identically named company, the name of the Company had been changed to ''e-commerce solutions.''
The Directors of the Company, Michael A. Harrop and Miguel Vazquez, have advised the Secretary of State for Nevada that an error was made and that neither
the Directors nor the shareholders had authorized any change in name of Light Energy Management, Inc. The office of the Secretary of State has now rescinded the
name change and restored the name Light Energy Management, Inc. to the Company.
The Company is proceeding with the preparation of the documentation required to make the Company fully compliant with 10K requirements.
