Oilbaby I think you are right, I have created a model that now is based on volume of NYSE and NASDAQ and OTC. My EPS for NITE started the qtr at .44 as is now down to between .37 and .35 for the qtr. Biggest decline so far is in OTC volume where I have NITE holding over 25% share of the volume. My projections for the 4th Qtr have not changed because I believe that the secular trend is increasing volume. My projections for 4th Qtr are for .44 and a projected price of $44 per share. Here is a summary of my projections. 9/15/99 3Q99 Rev 189.705 EPS $0.35 Projected Price $30.00 9/15/99 4Q99 Rev 218.508 EPS $0.41 Projected Price $44.01 9/15/99 1Q00 Rev 239.730 EPS $0.44 Projected Price $54.98
