(OTC BB:YNOT) -- announced effective today that it was unable to complete the acquisition of Light Energy Management - (Washington). Mr. Michael Harrop will continue to serve as chairman of the board of directors. The company will apply to the Secretary of State for Nevada to have the company name restored to Why Not?, Inc. The company will continue to evaluate potential investment opportunities.
