What is important is to pick out the areas that concern your needs as an individual customer. Some of us need "life planning" and others do not. I suspect that most people that post here need quick execution of trades and timely reporting back of same. If they can do that it would go a long way toward appeasing many a customer. One thing I don't like about the Gomez review is they fail to mention that most of these benefits they talk about cost extra. Here is the link to the review. scorecard.com
