Research facts from OTC & NASDAQ.......

NITEs EPS estimate at 31 cents for this quarter is less than the first quarter EPS of 34. NITE executed about 3.5 Billion shares on OTC in the first quarter. NITE is on pace to make 5.5 Billion shares on OTC in the 3rd quarter. That is 60% increase in shares.

Come Nasdaq, NITE in the first quarter had about 4.5 Billion shares executed on Nasdaq. NITE is on pace to execute 6.5 Billion shares in the 3rd quarter. That is a 45% increase.

Total transaction volume in the first quarter is 8 Billion shares. Total transaction volume in the third quarter is 12 Billion shares. That is a 50% increase in shares executed.

First quarter EPS was 34 cents/share. Add a 50%, well little too much haa, let us say 30% i.e., 10 cents. That should give NITE a good 44 cents/share for the quarter. Any questions or comments, first check the otcbb and the nasdaq trade volume reports.

VANGO.

BTW, Bob Kim, No need to answer my question about timing of analyst estimate changes. I saw them on Bloomberg.
