While I generally agree that a dollar denominated product becomes more competitive overseas and helps demand for tech products (like cell phones where Xicor makes chips) where the USA is a worldwide supplier, if Xicor has to raise prices because it has to pay Yamaha more dollars for its chips, we lose a lot of the advantage, especially when competing against a USA chip plant manufacturer.

With 9/16 the actual low and 19/32 the low with any volume the close sure was not great. But there was demand. I saw 60,000 on the bid at one time and there were periods where there appeared to be trading against large bids (just above) with the large bid not being taken.
This does not usually happen in a totally one-sided market.
