Vulcan Ventures already owns 20,172,971 shares of HSAC, so the guy that controls HSAC also controls Charter. The Charter dilution is of no consequence given the value that the Charter relationship brings to HSAC. The stock has stagnated because investor interest has moved on to other sectors. As the Charter IPO approaches, there will be more of a focus on HSAC.
