Great Stock...lots of cash....will buy out WTECE by Feb 9,2000..its biggest competitor which does $243 million in sales for 17.8 million...WTECE is now on the Pink Sheets after being delisted on a accounting dispute....seems like a perfect match......Also ISTN's UAUTOBID will be a great success.....Stock is now 6 1/4....Sept 15, 1999....look for ISTN to be 8 11/16 by Sept 28, 1999 and perhaps 11 13/32 by Dec 8, 1999....luck....Tom
