David: It sure has NOT been a BUY at these levels, which leads me to believe that we are still looking for a quick, sharp and capitulating day and then a reversal on heavy volume. Until that happens, I would NOT even dare to predict where this fricket bottom is !!!!! The trading activity in SEPR has been so frustrating and very confusing since March '99, when the price started to collapse. Anyone calling this decline a "Correction" must have his Investment Knowledge checked. In my opinion, IR has done such a poor job to support their stock, no one is looking at them seriously for the time being. Good Luck. Mazen
