Some banks let you use their atm's for free Republic Bank in NYC for example. NTBK gives you a list of free atm's I recall.

I agree, as an investor with those assuming customer service problems will be addressed. In the short term, as a customer, having to deal with screw-ups and non-responsiveness, its difficult to maintain patience.
