Karin, I think he was trying to repeat what Sr.Maynard Keynes' remark about long term stockmarket returns. Well, sadly, I am afraid that Puffy ill-digested that remark to use it as a reason for shorting stocks. But what really bothered me is his tone as if being a "pro-trader" gives him the right to look down upon "non-pro-traders". While Puffy may be smarter than me(I think my IQ actually is very low), but I personally know some pros doing badly while some amateurs are having field days. So I don't need that kind of attitude.
