I missed my chance to get into ACTC approximately one month ago when it was dipping to 4 1/8. Quick and Reilly could not execute my GTC at 4 1/8 b/c of the all or nothing restriction. Anyway, the stock goes to 5+ before crashing to its current levels. My old GTC kicked in and now I'm in at 4 1/8 prior to the announcement of their acquisition which should boost earnings. At this point, I am pleased until I see it losing ground today, to 3 15/16. Any reason for this dip aside from the general gloomly mood of the markets these days?
