JKB, I found the Chambers' interview on 20/20 to be a real inspiration. Horatio Alger revisited. He's the kind of person I always felt a leader should be and Cisco as presented is the type of working environment long sought after. Not about prestige and money, but creating great products, envisioning a path to a better future, and treating all your fellow workers as noble beings you want to come along with you on your vision quest. It seems korny in our jaded society we have too complacently grown to accept, but Chambers really seems to epitomize that ideal. Maybe there is hope for the future. Michael
