I agree but think all emp patents have expired and pretty sure Haber never had HGP patents. That has been part of the problem with bringing Haber's science to market. Only he and possibly very few others at Haber know the lixivant and method of tweeking for each application. Think others ready to JV etc. wanted to know the secret beforehand but Mr. Haber would never reveal it. IMHO EMP process is the real BIG ONE ready to explode if financing can be found. I got into Habe about 2 years ago with EMP primarily my motivation with HGP only a possible way to finance it. A lot of new investors don't realize what sectors of industry EMP can revolutionize. For starters we are talking about the entire dye and stain analysis industry and also the medical analysis area. Like HGP, EMP is far superior to any system used today. Regards Bob Lembo
