<<GPGI never claimed to be fully-reporting. They just are FULLY COMPLIANT, a legally different term which means they must do the required filings with the SEC. Fully reporting is a higher calling, and should not be expected for awhile.>> Fully reporting? Fully compliant? Never heard of the latter term. But last I checked, GPGI had made no filings with the SEC. And the NASDAQ is phasing in the delisting of non-reporting companies by alphabetical order, which began last summer. I believe GPGI might have until the end of the year to begin filing, or they will be delisted.
