First you post your ignorance of whether it was Ivax or BBC who pulled out of the merger deal (Posting #153); then you rebuke my opinion about BBC's possible reasons as an "absurd rationale".

Then you courageously offer up a smorgasbord of purely speculative reasons. What "added due diligence" do you claim BBC did? What leery (not "leary") customers waited all this time to express a negative opinion of the merger? BBC would have had plenty of customer feedback immediately following the merger announcement.

I just find it intriguing that someone who didn't even know who fired the first shot now claims superior knowledge about why they fired it, while denigrating others' opinions as "absurd".
