What's weird about IPV is the bids and asks. The way they continue to keep going up and up without any recent releases from the company on why the stock should defy gravity. Normal (and intelligent) people don't bid the stock up like that.

Usually a stock behaves that way because there are people who have inside information or because the stock is being purposely manipulated. The fact that the stock sets a new 52 week high with every trade should give you a hint that something weird is up.
