WS WEATHER UPDATE - NYC Mayor Giuliani just now announced a "staggered evacuation plan situation" for non-emergency personnel between 12pm and 2. Clarified it by saying non-essential workers should be released at staggered hours before then and if possible it's best they don't come in. Will that apply to WALL STREET? We shall see. Glad you're inland, Susan. Getting ready to listen to Floyd giving us a concert howling and banging tonite?
