I'm not good with legalese, that is why I asked Mr. Goren to break it down into laymen terms. Then I might have an opinion. Reading it, depends on the color glasses one wears I suppose. A friend that is familar with the standardization practices steered me to this the other day. His opinion at the time was that their may never be a standard and the various area's would probably deploy what suits them best. It was his opinion only and not some sort of insider information, but after reading this, it has confused the issue for me.
