Les, As a foreign investor, I'm asking : "Who is running the show? Isn't the Fed a government institution owned by the citizens of the United States? No. The Fed is owned by private shareholders. Who are these shareholders? The Fed is not required to reveal the identity of their shareholders. gold-eagle.com
