I think that MSFT will bundle Visio with an upcoming version of Office (Premium/Professional). As others have already pointed out the software is pretty well integrated now - they even call the newest product Visio 2000. Visio's biggest stock problem has been smoothing out the earnings bumps and we all know how MSFT can help with that little problem (but don't tell that guy from the Novell board who posted here yesterday afternoon).
