ALERT:: Early Close : Reports that Guiliani has asked for early business closings in NY due to Hurricane Floyd rains; NYSE still says it will remain open for regular hours. Also a possibility that the bond market will close early. Regardless of official market closings, trading desks will be clearing out early this afternoon
