I'm not overly worried about the E designation. It is clear that BLLS has filed with the SEC and that they are going through a "comment period". I think the idea of the "E" is a heads up for investors who are involved in Companies that have not yet filed, and gives the investor some time to exit those particular stocks. However in this particular scenario BLLS has filed (since early June) and I suppose the hold up is simply due to SEC back-log.

One thing for certain is we are going to see some major changes on the OTC BB.
