Of course the dram industry never did much of that since their customers are the large OEMs and most of the communication is in conference rooms. But if you'd like to follow DDR try this: ami2.com

You can look around and see DDR specs and even read about how this organization is going to trump Rambus' marketing-inspire coining of the PC800 name by using PC2100 to reference to a module with 2100 Mhz data rate. And on the home page you can see a list of the DDR partners -- seems like every dram company -- the same companies from Unclewest's Rambus list!

Next I'll try to find the web page for the DDR-II consortium.
