Walter, I think you are on target. These mergers and reverse mergers are a death knell for these tiny stocks. Doesn't matter what they have, will do, bla, bla , bla. The price gets crushed as investors exit before the "great deal" comes about. Only the price continues to drop after the merger. A lousy situation for all of us who bought a lot higher and watch this sink to unknown levels. MVEE may do well down the road but for now the selling/ buying continues but in a downward direction. It's a game to figure out where the base is. For now I wait as others do. Why buy here? Good luck to all. John M.
