*Post says Equity Search keen*

Rainmaker Digital Pictures Corp RNKShares issued 99130191997-04-03 close $4.4Friday Apr 4 1997In the NewsBuy & Sell columnist Sonita Horvitch says in the Friday edition of the Financial Post that Rob Millham, editor of Vancouver-based Equity Search, is calling for interest rates in both Canada and the US to increase over the next few months until it is clear that inflationary pressures have abated. He says that in the interim, it will be tough slogging for the equity markets. In this context, Mr Millham is looking for stocks of fast-growing companies or companies that trade at low price-earnings multiples. Among Mr Millham's current favourites is Rainmaker Digital Pictures, recently $4.35 with a 52-week range of $5.25 to $3.40. Equity Search analyst David Wong particularly likes Rainmaker because of its ability to access the largely untapped market in BC's post-production industry. Rainmaker's revenue for the year ended December 31 increased 61 per-cent to $16.1 million. Net income increased 114 per-cent to $2 million, or $0.22 a share. Equity Search is calling for earnings per share of $0.30 for 1997 and $0.44 for 1998. Mr Millham's 12-month target on the stock is $6.
