ETVL - Vacationsss Travel Club Enters Cyberspace
DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla., Sept. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- EXA International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ETVL - news) announces the conversion of its remote location travel booking to a total Internet process. A web site is expected to be accessible within the next ten (10) days to provide franchisees and Vacationsss Travel Club members access to a database containing discount air fares and specially priced tours and cruises.

Stanley Priskie, President of EXA, expressed his appreciation to the staff and independent contractors involved in the development of the new web site and the hyperlinking into an independent multi-end user web site that is projecting a large volume of Internet traffic. While EXA will not market its franchise program and Travel Club through the Internet, the increased activity expected from the hyperlink will act as a catalyst for other marketing efforts. The Vacationsss Travel Club has reserved the domain name of ''http://www.travelingclub.com ,'' which will be incorporated into the hyperlinked system.

Statements in this release are made pursuant to the ''Safe Harbor'' provisions of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. Investors are cautioned that, like forward-looking statements, certain risks and uncertainties are involved including, without limitation, continued acceptance of the company's services, increased levels of competition for the company, and dependence on the performance of the management of the company.
