Rosie told me several weeks ago that all conversions to NWDP.COM stock would be effective as of 6/11/99 and all NWDP.COM shares would become "unrestrictive" no later than 6/10/00. I don't know whether that meant that all share certificates would be dated 6/11/99 or not but I had assumed so. I tried to reach her yesterday but all phones (including the cell phone) to her and PM had been disconnected. Further inquiry from a source close to PM indicated that PM was disputing mammouth phone charges. However my email to Rosie was returned as HOST NOT FOUND. Email to PM was not returned. I am awaiting his reply. I still have not submitted my signed conversion letter pending final resolution of the restriction issue. Bob
