Celtic is sleeping right now but is one of the best Voisey plays out there because of the 4 blocks around Diamond Fields, esp. Block #2. The western side is getting attention and that is where Celtic is. Company president David Graham used to prospect with the guys who discovered Diamond Fields, and he knows what is going on out there.
