Cheeky- >>I get the feeling, some Why Too Kay doomers are hoping for the worse.<< Reading your gloating posts is not something I look forward too... however losing my cushy lifestyle is even more loathsome too me - I just think the chances of TEOTWAKI are greater than many realize- which is where you and I differ. I must say as much as I disagree with you - you have been a civil and entertaining adversary. My main beef thru the whole thing is the unwillingness of people to be OPEN TO THE POSSIBILITY of trouble and willingness to take even modest preparations which would make recovery easier from a middle of road scenario. This lack of preparation is what I think will lead to panic and makes TEOTWAKI more likely- from an economic standpoint alone- depression in the economy is definately the end of the world as I know it. Poor Cheeky :) JM
