I share your view although I think $5 is a possible target since that was the breakout point.

I have to go with what I think. Here it is at the bottom of
Lewis purchase range and three points off the high just like that
pullback in 1995 from an interim high of 7 7/8 down to $5 - also 3 points. Furthermore, a weaker dollar increases demand for US tech products overseas, including cell phones, so if anything what Lewis was looking at when he bought may be even better in the future.

I am buying an equal amount every eighth down starting at 5 7/8,
forever. My maximum EXPECTED risk is to just under 5. I have already
bought the first two times, and have a hunch that this might be it --
since the break of the 10:05 low was by a minor amount and on much lower volume. However, there is no snap back, so we may still get closer to $5.

I agree with Steve that the high volume washes things out faster.
On the other hand, the sizeable decline has killed a bunch of speculators and will take time to repair. In 1995 it took a little over 6 months from the pullback low at 5 before the 1995 high was exceeded in 1996, on the way to $14.
