I was just able to get an update regarding the Paine Webber conf call. I would assume the stock would be going up SOON! Russ and Keister were the speakers I believe. I got there late. I know Russ was one though.
THIS IS THINK-SPEAK so bear with me.

Gnet will focus on their partnership w/ PA and will be the PORTAL for the 4th largest cable company as part of the broadband strategy.

GNET's e-commerce strategy is getting ready to take off with the authorize-net hypermart connection. There are currently 1300 new small to medium businesses signing up daily, and GNET will be focusing on strengthening these relationships by offering a more integrated site for all free hosting customers using the authorize-net service.

GNET WILL INTERGRATE COMTOUCH'S EMAIL SERVICE ONTO ALL SITES!

GNET will expand their gaming sites for incorporation into their broadband strategy. The average gamming site visitor stays on now for 50 minutes!

With regard to their aquisition strategy GNET has the advantage over others by having so much cash. By incorporation of cash into some deals they are better able to insure that the stock will be held by the new shareholders for longer periods.

Goals are to continue to extend reach- Russ wants to keep the high percentage growth rates but apply them to larger numbers of users. GNET has made 5 aquisitions in the past 5 months and intends to continue the aggressive aquisition pace using their proven model of buying profitable newer companies etc.

Site relaunches will continue in order to integrate new aquisitions onto current GNET sites.

Thats all I can think of now, but it was VERY POSITIVE and he said that profit margins continue to grow!
