Remember also that EXDS is stuck with the older equipment including older routers whereas att can set up the new JNPR routers that, in addition to being 40 times faster, have a high 'bandwidth density' making it cheaper, real estste wise, to set up the routers in high rent districts also.

Of course EXDS can do the smae in their new installations. So unless they have fully depreciated the older equipment, EXDS will be at a disadvantage.

Of course all this has nothing to do with their stock price which follows its own set of rules for inuts.
