Take evolution to it's logical conclusion and please, please, try not to laugh as you are going through this mental excercise, ( I am serious; a serious scientist as
the saying goes ).
Your great great great great grandchildren may very well have the appearance of a cosmic monkey. Why not? Nature may find that that is a better way to survive the punishing aspects of nature. Or perhaps we will look like
Star Wars characters,Chewbacca comes to mind.
