Ned, the Kruse deal turned out to be one of those "intend to purchase" orders that didn't commit his company to anything. At one time, it was rumored that he was trying to set up a joint venture with a Minnesota power company. However, there is no evidence that Kruse took any significant action on his intent to purchase, though he once told me that he fully intended to do so. His exclusive option to buy, install, and operate processors in Minnesota, the Dakotas, Nebraska, and Iowa expired last year. =+=+=Norm PS--I don't know anything about Bill's possible connection to Total Homecare.
