Are you saying the stock remains in the name of the holder?? Is this cert to be signed?? I must say I have never heard of holding live shares for that reason you stated. I spoke to Merrill Lynch who does loan $ on 144 shares with no live shares held as you whish to do. Pardon me I justa dont understand this deal. Could you explain it so I could understand it? I justa do not see the point of the deal, if the cert are unsigned what is the point of holding them? , if they are signed they could be sold as I understand it. Can these shares be sold by you?? or will it let you have some of your 144 shares b4 the 9 months are up ?? Thanks in advance Justaguy P.S. thanks Greg
