Read on Reuter's news on "4/3/97 at 15:37 (3:37p.m.?) Block Trade of 1,045,000 at 11-1/8 (down 2-3/8), crossed by the Chicago Corp." What does "crossed by the Chicago Corp." mean. I assume this means someone bought 1,045,000 shares. Lynda
