ynot.. it's very reliable in tops and bottoms..panic buying of puts at the 30 level of VIX usually means a major rally will insue...and the same when it runs below 20 to 17/18 area, we selloff big then... the INDU bounced right off 10630...area..support from 2-3 months now...
